Inside SOOID: Swiss made, six ingredients, clear daily amounts.
Read the product for what it is: where it is made, what a daily serving contains and what the ingredient research can tell you.

SOOID is made in Switzerland. That tells you the product’s origin; it does not, by itself, demonstrate a skin result. For that, look separately at the formula and the ingredient evidence.
Three things make the product easier to understand: its daily serving, its full ingredient amounts and the limits of the research being cited.
Origin, formula and evidence answer different questions.
Know what is in the formula
Each daily serving of three capsules provides Ceramosides™ 70 mg, lutein 10 mg, zeaxanthin 2.1 mg, astaxanthin 4 mg, vitamin A 120 mcg and biotin 450 mcg. Compare daily amounts, not just the amount in one capsule.
The formula also contains milk, wheat, soy, hazelnut, almond and macadamia. Read the full label and check any relevant allergies before use.
What the ingredient study found
Kern C, et al. Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology 2024.
Kern et al. studied 70 mg Ceramosides™ oil daily for 56 days. In the 24-woman oil group, hydration rose 18.5%, elasticity rose 11.2% and crow’s-foot depth fell 9.2%, on average from baseline. The full trial randomized 72 women across three groups.
The ingredient supplier sponsored the study. It did not test finished SOOID or prove that Swiss manufacture causes those outcomes.
“Only two weeks in, but I can already tell. Skin is less tight in the mornings. And they genuinely taste of chocolate.”

Kern et al., Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, 2024: 72 women randomized to oil, powder or placebo. The figures discussed here describe the 24-woman group taking 70 mg Ceramosides™ oil daily for 56 days. They are average changes from that group’s baseline, not percentages versus placebo. The study was sponsored by the ingredient supplier, Seppic. It did not test finished SOOID.
