Cancel any time

Subscriptions have no minimum term. You can skip a delivery, pause, change the schedule or cancel at any time from the "Manage subscription" link in your order emails or from your account on getsooid.com.

Renewals

Renewal orders are billed and shipped automatically on the schedule you chose at checkout, at the subscription price shown. Changes and cancellations take effect for any renewal that has not yet been processed.

Refunds

Your first order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee (see the Return and refund policy). Unopened renewal shipments can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
