Refund policy

60-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with SOOID Anti-Age, contact us within 60 days of the delivery date of your first order and we will refund the purchase price of that order. The guarantee applies once per customer, to your first order of SOOID Anti-Age.

How to claim

Contact us through getsooid.com/pages/contact with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will confirm your refund within 2 business days. We may ask you to return any unopened jars; for guarantee claims within the US we cover the return shipping.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Subscription renewals

Renewal orders can be skipped or cancelled at any time before they are processed (see our Purchase options cancellation policy). Unopened renewal shipments can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full.
